Rationale

The Cavalry Flag is one of the strongest graphic elements associated with the Cavalry Iconography. Also referred to as a Guidon, it was a small flag carried by one horse in each group to signify the particular designation.

This logo is an elegant graphical interpretation of a cavalry flag. By using simple lines and a slight wave, the symbol had movement combined with a sense of strength.
